We are looking for an entry-level or experienced Auto Insurance Agent to provide sales and service to clients’ changing insurance needs

**What you will do in the role**:

- Use superior communication skills to probe customers to determine current and future needs
- Research the best coverage for clients, using all known factors, including pricing, coverage, and claims service; recommend products based on this analysis
- Provide quotes and explain the features, advantages, and benefits of all automobile coverages
- Provide guidance and direction to customers with claims and adhere to established procedures to ensure timely reporting and follow-up
- General Insurance-related administrative duties

- Your strong sales and decision-making skills
- A positive attitude and excellent customer service skills
- An active level 1 general insurance license is a strong asset
- One year experience ICBC Automobile Vehicle Insurance and Private Vehicle Insurance is a strong asset
- ICBC Policy Centre and insurance-specific programs knowledge is a strong asset

- Multiple Locations
- Monday to Friday or Tuesday to Saturday, 8:30am - 5:00pm

**Supplemental pay types**:
