Key Responsibilities- Review and plan work for all production lines, ensuring efficient use of resources and meeting daily targets.
- Collaborate with industry engineering technicians to calculate manpower requirements and optimize production output.
- Identify training needs for production staff and coordinate with the training supervisor to ensure upskilling and reskilling.
- Monitor and address low performance, implementing action plans to improve efficiency and quality.
- Maintain a safe working environment and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Request timely time studies to optimize production processes.
- Review production boards for accuracy and ensure up-to-date information.
- Make informed decisions based on reports and data analysis.
- Collaborate with maintenance staff to ensure equipment is in good working condition.
- Continuously seek opportunities to improve process flow and maximize output.
- Over 10 years of experience in apparel manufacturing.
- 5 years of supervisory experience, preferably in the apparel industry.
- Ability to sew and follow production manuals.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with sewing operations and industrial machines.
- Proficiency in English language and basic computer skills.
- Able to prioritize tasks and delegate work effectively.
