Job Summary

The University of Ottawa is seeking a highly skilled Negotiation Expert to join our faculty. As a Professor of Business Negotiations, you will be responsible for teaching and developing the skills of our students in the art of negotiation, with a focus on cross-cultural contexts.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and deliver course materials on negotiation strategies and tactics
  • Lead classes and workshops on negotiation techniques and best practices
  • Provide guidance and mentorship to students on negotiation-related projects
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments in negotiation and cross-cultural communication

Requirements

  • Master's degree in a relevant field (Ph.D. preferred)
  • Significant experience in negotiation and conflict resolution
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment

Preferred Qualifications

  • PC-based teaching experience
  • Experience working in a university setting
