About the Role

Hatch Ltd. is seeking a highly skilled Project Controls Manager to join our Global Execution team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the successful delivery of high-value projects across various industries.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and control project costs, including budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
  • Develop and maintain project schedules, resource allocation plans, and risk management strategies.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, procurement, and construction, to ensure project deliverables are met.
  • Produce detailed cost reports, including budget control, commitments, expenses, and forecasts for industrial projects.
  • Analyze project performance using Earned Value Management (EVM) and prepare detailed forecasts of remaining work.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum 5-10 years of experience in project execution and control, with a strong understanding of planning, scheduling, and cost management.
  • Experience with Oracle Primavera P6 for developing critical path method (CPM) schedules at various levels.
  • Experience in high-value IAGC projects, from design to closeout.
  • Strong IT skills, particularly with Microsoft Office, and relevant project control software.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to convey technical information to project stakeholders.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize, and provide guidance to others to ensure quality deliverables.
