About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Controls Manager to join our team at Hatch. As a key member of our Global Projects team, you will be responsible for managing and controlling project costs, schedules, and resources.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and control project costs, including budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
  • Develop and maintain project schedules, including critical path method (CPM) and program evaluation and review technique (PERT).
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, procurement, and construction, to ensure project deliverables are met.
  • Prepare and present project reports, including cost and schedule status, to stakeholders.
  • Identify and mitigate project risks, and develop contingency plans as needed.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum 5-10 years of experience in project management and control, with a strong background in cost and schedule management.
  • Proficiency in Oracle Primavera P6, with experience in developing and maintaining project schedules.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to communicate complex technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Bilingualism (French and English) is an asset.
