Job SummaryWe are seeking a skilled and dedicated Certified Dental Assistant to join our team. As a key member of our dental team, you will be responsible for assisting the dentist during procedures, preparing and sterilizing instruments and equipment, and providing high-quality patient care and education.
Responsibilities- Assist the dentist during procedures, ensuring a smooth and efficient workflow.
- Prepare and sterilize instruments and equipment, maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
- Expose and mount diagnostic-quality intraoral X-rays, providing accurate and detailed images.
- Provide high-quality patient care and education, addressing patient concerns and needs.
- Perform reception duties, including answering phone calls, scheduling appointments, and handling administrative tasks.
- Certification as a Dental Assistant, including HARP certification.
- Strong communication, telephone, and interpersonal skills.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to excellence.
- Previous dental assisting experience or completion of a certified dental assistant program.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment, with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
