About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Certified Dental Assistant to join our team at Dr. Seema Steffens Dentistry in Mississauga. As a key member of our dental family, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional patient care and contributing to the success of our growing practice.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist dentists with various procedures, including impressions, x-rays, and crown/bridge work.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to strict sterilization and infection control protocols.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with patients, ensuring their comfort and satisfaction throughout their dental experience.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest dental techniques and technologies, participating in ongoing education and training opportunities.
  • Collaborate with our team to achieve exceptional patient outcomes and maintain a positive, supportive work environment.
Requirements
  • HARP Certification and relevant experience in dental assisting.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, dentists, and other team members.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including some evenings during the week.
  • Independent, dedicated, and caring individual with a passion for delivering exceptional patient care.
