Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Bistro Team Member to join our team. As a Bistro Team Member, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, preparing and serving menu items, and maintaining a clean and organized kitchen area.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide warm and welcoming service to customers, building relationships and creating a positive dining experience.
- Assist customers with their orders, answering questions and making recommendations based on their dietary needs.
- Prepare and serve menu items, including specialty smoothies and juices.
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen area, adhering to food safety standards.
- Work collaboratively with the team to ensure seamless service and a positive customer experience.
Requirements
- Previous experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in the food service industry.
- Passion for food and providing exceptional customer service.
- Flexibility and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Confidence and friendliness when interacting with customers.
- Ability to learn and adapt to new procedures and menu items.
