Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and Coordinate Staff: Lead and motivate a team of staff to ensure seamless service delivery and maintain a clean and safe environment.
  • Train and Develop Staff: Provide ongoing training and coaching to staff to enhance their skills and knowledge, and support their career development.
  • Inventory Management: Manage inventory levels, including food, supplies, and equipment, to ensure efficient operations and minimize waste.
  • Quality Control: Monitor and maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, and service to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Customer Service: Respond to customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner, and work to resolve issues promptly.
  • Administrative Tasks: Maintain accurate records of sales, inventory, and staff performance, and provide regular reports to management.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a food service environment.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Schedule: 30 to 40 hours per week.
