Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and Coordinate Staff: Lead a team of staff who prepare and portion food, ensuring efficient and effective service.
  • Train and Develop Staff: Provide training and coaching to staff on job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures.
  • Inventory Management: Estimate and manage inventory of ingredients and supplies required for meal preparation.
  • Quality Control: Ensure that food and service meet our high quality standards.
  • Customer Service: Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Administrative Tasks: Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage, and establish work schedules.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a food service environment.
  • Language: Fluency in English.
  • Work Schedule: 30 to 40 hours per week.
