Food Service Team Lead

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Food Service Supervisor to join our team at A&W Restaurant. As a Food Service Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading a team of food service counter attendants and food preparers to ensure that our customers receive exceptional service and high-quality food.
Key Responsibilities:- Establish methods to meet work schedules and ensure that food and service meet quality control standards.
- Supervise and co-ordinate activities of staff who prepare and portion food, including training staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures.
- Estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation and maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage.
- Prepare and submit reports, including maintaining accurate records of staff performance and customer feedback.
- Supervise and check assembly of trays and establish work schedules to ensure efficient operations.
- 1-2 years of experience in a food service environment.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to lead and motivate a team.
