Food Service Team Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Tim Hortons. As a Food Service Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading a team of food service staff and ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and high-quality food.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead and supervise a team of food service staff to ensure excellent customer service and food quality.
- Establish and maintain high standards of food safety and sanitation in the kitchen and dining areas.
- Train and develop staff to improve their skills and knowledge.
- Manage inventory and supplies to ensure efficient operations.
- Monitor and maintain a clean and safe work environment.
- Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
- Prepare and submit reports to management on sales, inventory, and staff performance.
- 1-2 years of experience in a food service supervisory role.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation procedures.
- Ability to train and develop staff.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
