Job Title: Team Lead/Carpenter/Framer
About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Team Lead to join our team at NuFrame Inc. As a key member of our construction team, you will be responsible for leading a team of framers and carpenters to deliver high-quality construction projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of framers and carpenters to execute framing tasks efficiently and effectively.
- Collaborate with team members to coordinate workflow and accomplish tasks within set timelines.
- Ensure adherence to safety standards and regulations, and participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance skills and stay updated on industry best practices.
- Interpret blueprints and technical drawings to execute framing tasks efficiently.
- Measure, cut, and shape materials with precision.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Framer/Carpenter in a construction environment.
- A well-rounded understanding of floor framing.
- Ability to interpret structural and architectural drawings.
- Commitment to safety protocols and adherence to quality standards.
- 5 years framing experience (preferred)
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation. (preferred)
