We are seeking a highly skilled Mechanical Operations Leader to join our team at Amplitude Contracting Inc. This role offers an exciting opportunity to lead and manage the maintenance activities of our facilities, ensuring seamless operations and excellent service delivery.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Team Management: Supervise and coordinate the work of maintenance teams, providing guidance and support to ensure effective execution of tasks.
  • Maintenance Planning and Coordination: Develop and implement maintenance schedules, prioritize tasks, and allocate resources to meet operational needs.
  • Inventory Management: Requisition and order materials, equipment, and supplies as required, ensuring optimal inventory levels and minimizing downtime.
  • Safety and Compliance: Ensure adherence to health and safety regulations, maintain a safe working environment, and report any incidents or near-misses.

Requirements and Qualifications

  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate is mandatory.
  • Experience: A minimum of 1 year to less than 2 years of relevant experience in maintenance leadership roles.
  • Skills and Abilities: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and attention to detail.

Work Environment and Physical Capabilities

  • Working Hours: 35 hours per week, Monday to Friday.
  • Work Language: English.
  • Work Term: Permanent position.

Compensation Package: We offer a competitive salary range of $60,000 - $80,000 per annum, depending on qualifications and experience, plus benefits.
