Food Service Supervisor

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Food Service Supervisor to join our team at TANDOORI INDIAN GRILL & LOUNGE. As a Food Service Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our kitchen and ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service.
Key Responsibilities:- Supervise and coordinate the activities of kitchen staff to ensure efficient food preparation and service.
- Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures to maintain a clean and safe working environment.
- Estimate ingredient and supply requirements for meal preparation and ensure that food and service meet quality control standards.
- Address customer complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
- Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage to ensure accurate inventory management.
- Prepare and submit reports to management on a regular basis.
- 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a similar role.
- Permanent position with 35 to 40 hours per week.
- English language proficiency.
Fast-paced environment with attention to detail required.
Personal Suitability:- Client focus and initiative required.
