Food Service Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team at TANDOORI INDIAN GRILL & LOUNGE. As a key member of our kitchen team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our food service.
Key Responsibilities:- Supervise and Co-ordinate Activities: Supervise and co-ordinate the activities of staff who prepare and portion food, ensuring that food is prepared and served to the highest standards.
- Train Staff: Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures, ensuring that they are equipped to provide excellent customer service.
- Estimate Ingredients and Supplies: Estimate the ingredients and supplies required for meal preparation, ensuring that we have the necessary resources to meet customer demand.
- Quality Control: Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards, maintaining the high standards of our restaurant.
- Customer Service: Address customers' complaints or concerns, providing a positive experience for our guests.
- Record Keeping: Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage, providing valuable insights for our management team.
- Reporting: Prepare and submit reports, providing a clear picture of our kitchen operations.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Work Setting: Restaurant.
- Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year.
- Language: English.
- Work Hours: 35 to 40 hours per week.
