Food Service Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team at TANDOORI INDIAN GRILL & LOUNGE. As a key member of our kitchen team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our food service.
Key Responsibilities:- Leadership and Supervision: Supervise and co-ordinate activities of staff who prepare and portion food, train staff in job duties, sanitation and safety procedures.
- Quality Control: Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards, address customers' complaints or concerns.
- Inventory Management: Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales and wastage, prepare and submit reports.
- Communication: Prepare food order summaries for chef, supervise and check assembly of trays.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a fast-paced environment.
- Language: Fluency in English.
- Work Schedule: 35 to 40 hours per week.
