About the Role

GGB - Global is seeking a highly skilled Client Solutions Manager to join our Auto Insurance team. As a key member of our brokerage team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service to our clients, guiding them through their policy renewal cycle, and resolving billing issues.

This is an in-office role based out of our Scurfield office, Monday through Friday between the hours of 8:30am to 4:30pm. If you are a motivated and detail-oriented individual with a passion for problem-solving, we encourage you to apply.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support a designated portfolio of clientele, playing a meaningful role in business retention and building upon customer relationships.
  • Review accounts at renewal, taking vital steps in placing coverage required by the client, re-marketing when required, and adhering to binding authority set out by carriers.
  • Respond to client inquiries quickly and efficiently, maintaining a quick turnaround time for any actions required on behalf of the client.
  • Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities, driving the creation of quality leads, and working with Account Executives in binding the client.
  • Consistently act to upgrade insurance market knowledge, staying on top of new products and policy changes.
  • Collaborate with fellow team members by providing reception backup, answering incoming calls, and connecting the caller to the appropriate individual when needed.
About You
  • You are a fast-paced, dynamic individual who thrives in a collaborative team environment.
  • You possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to work well under pressure and prioritize effectively.
  • You have a keen eye for detail and are highly tech-savvy, with the ability to learn new systems, tools, and processes.
  • You have 1-2 years of experience in Auto insurance, ideally working in a brokerage environment, and hold FOI & IWS Certification.
  • Level 1 licensing and CAIB, CIP, or CRM designations are considered assets for the role.
