About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Mortgage Fulfillment Officer to join our Residential Lending team at MCAN Mortgage Corporation. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for reviewing mortgage documentation, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Review and verify mortgage documentation to ensure accuracy and completeness
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to resolve issues and ensure timely funding
  • Provide exceptional customer service to MCAN's customers and brokers
  • Meet and maintain compliance ratios on monthly audits
  • Complete all paperwork, compliance, and customer service tasks in a timely manner
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
  • 2-3 years of experience in mortgage administration
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
