At State Street, our Global Delivery team provides asset owners and asset managers with access to critical financial information and tools essential for informed investment decisions. We are seeking a skilled Global Operations Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our delivery team, you will be responsible for the day-to-day servicing of client relationships, acting as a primary point of contact for client inquiries and requests.

In this role, you will work closely with internal teams to coordinate services for fund/product start-up/conversions, restructures, and interactions with Accounting Operations and global COEs for the overall service delivery of assigned clients. You may also have responsibility for auditing and coordinating the daily work of others.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Responding in a timely manner to inquiries from external and internal clients (COEs, BU Shared Services, and BU Accounting Operations)
  • Assisting with Account Administration, including account openings, billing setup, tax reclaims/tax documentation, market openings/exits/updates, security registration/system access/ID administration, and FAR setup
  • Providing online support for various client-facing applications
  • Ensuring timely and accurate production of client-customized reporting and collecting data and producing customer report cards
  • Assisting with data collection for risk/compliance reporting
  • Elevating unresolved issues/problems to manager/officer
  • Monitoring and reviewing daily work of Client Operations Associates to ensure accurate and timely execution
  • Providing on-the-job training to new staff and assisting new staff with attainment of understanding of job responsibilities

You will be working in a dynamic environment where no two days are the same. To succeed in this role, you will need strong organizational skills, the ability to prioritize assignments under tight deadlines, and excellent interpersonal and communication skills in both verbal and written forms in English.
