Lead Child Development Professional

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Early Childhood Educator to join our team in St. Thomas, Canada.
This role plays a vital part in the development and education of young children in a nurturing and engaging environment.
Key Responsibilities- Program Planning: Develop and implement age-appropriate educational programs and activities that cater to the diverse needs of our children.
- Classroom Environment: Create a safe, stimulating, and organized classroom that fosters learning and growth.
- Child Assessment: Observe and assess children's developmental progress, identifying areas of strength and need for support.

- A diploma or degree in Early Childhood Education is required.
- Valid ECE certification in Canada is mandatory.
- Previous experience working with young children is essential.
