Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Tim Hortons. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest level of quality and service in our restaurants.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff who prepare and portion food, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
  • Monitor and maintain quality control standards for food and service, addressing any issues promptly and professionally.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to complaints and concerns in a timely and courteous manner.
  • Manage inventory and maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage.
  • Supervise the assembly of trays and delivery of food trolleys, ensuring that all tasks are completed safely and efficiently.
Requirements
  • College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years, or equivalent experience.
  • 3-4 years of experience in a supervisory role, preferably in the food service industry.
  • Food Safety Certificate and other relevant certifications.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Work Environment

Our restaurants are fast-paced and dynamic environments, requiring our team members to be flexible and adaptable. As a Food Service Supervisor, you will be expected to work in a standing position for extended periods, with regular breaks to rest and recharge.
