Job Title: Director of Sales

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Director to join our team at Fix Network World. As a Sales Director, you will be responsible for building and maintaining key customer relationships, driving sales growth, and developing strategic plans to achieve business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue growth and expand customer base
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and partners
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to identify business opportunities and develop solutions
  • Conduct market research and analysis to inform sales strategies and tactics
  • Manage sales forecasts and reports to ensure accurate tracking of sales performance
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the automotive aftermarket industry and market trends
  • Collaborate with senior management to develop and implement business strategies
  • Stay up-to-date on company products and services to effectively communicate value to customers

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of sales experience in the automotive aftermarket sector or a related industry
  • Proven track record of generating new business and achieving sales targets
  • Strong understanding of the industry and market trends
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship management skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
