Job Title: Director of Sales
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Director to join our team at Fix Network World. As a Sales Director, you will be responsible for building and maintaining key customer relationships, driving sales growth, and developing strategic plans to achieve business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue growth and expand customer base
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and partners
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to identify business opportunities and develop solutions
- Conduct market research and analysis to inform sales strategies and tactics
- Manage sales forecasts and reports to ensure accurate tracking of sales performance
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the automotive aftermarket industry and market trends
- Collaborate with senior management to develop and implement business strategies
- Stay up-to-date on company products and services to effectively communicate value to customers
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of sales experience in the automotive aftermarket sector or a related industry
- Proven track record of generating new business and achieving sales targets
- Strong understanding of the industry and market trends
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship management skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
- High level of integrity, confidentiality, and accountability
