Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and reliable Server to join our team at New Minas Irving Big Stop. As a Server, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive dining experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service
    • Present bills to customers and accept payment in cash, credit or debit cards, or room billings.
    • Describe menu items, including daily specials, to customers.
    • Provide excellent customer service and respond to customer inquiries.
  • Food and Beverage Service
    • Serve food and beverages to customers in a timely and efficient manner.
    • Clear and clean tables, trays, and chairs.
  • Point of Sale and Cash Handling
    • Balance cash and record sales.
  • Teamwork and Communication
    • Work collaboratively with other team members to ensure seamless service.
    • Communicate effectively with colleagues and management to resolve any issues.
Requirements
  • Education
    • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience
    • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Personal Qualities
    • Organized and reliable.
    • Team player.
Working Conditions
  • Work in a fast-paced restaurant environment.
  • Work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends.
