About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Mortgage Development Manager to join our team at National Bank. As a key member of our Residential Financing team, you will play a critical role in helping Personal Banking clients achieve their dream of homeownership.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement residential financing strategies for clients, including mortgage pre-approval and refinancing transactions.
  • Build and maintain relationships with external real estate partners, such as realtors and builders, to stay up-to-date on market trends and solutions.
  • Collaborate with internal partners to identify client needs and refer them to specialized colleagues for further support.
  • Organize and participate in business development activities and events to drive growth and client retention.
  • Ensure compliance with established processes and procedures, as well as risk management rules and regulations.
  • Stay up-to-date on National Bank's mortgage solutions and market trends to provide expert advice to clients.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field and 1 year of relevant experience, or college diploma and 3 years of relevant experience.
  • Business development experience and ability to work with commission-based salary.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to manage multiple stakeholders.
  • Knowledge of mortgage credit solutions and financing products.
