About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Mortgage Development Manager to join our team at NBC. As a key member of our Residential Financing team, you will play a critical role in helping our clients achieve their dream of homeownership.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement effective residential financing strategies to meet the needs of our clients
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with external real estate partners, including realtors and builders
  • Collaborate with internal partners to identify and capitalize on business development opportunities
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and developments, and apply this knowledge to drive business growth
  • Ensure compliance with established processes and procedures, and maintain a high level of risk management
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field, or equivalent experience
  • Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in business development or a related field
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders
  • Knowledge of mortgage credit solutions and financing products
