About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Mortgage Development Manager to join our team at National Bank. As a key member of our Residential Financing team, you will play a critical role in helping Personal Banking clients achieve their dream of homeownership.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement residential financing strategies to meet the needs of our clients
  • Collaborate with internal and external partners to identify and capitalize on business opportunities
  • Provide exceptional client service and build strong relationships with our clients and partners
  • Stay up-to-date on market trends and changes in mortgage regulations to ensure compliance and risk management
  • Participate in business development activities and events to drive growth and revenue
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field and 1 year of relevant experience or college diploma and 3 years of relevant experience
  • Business development experience and a proven track record of success
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with diverse stakeholders
  • Knowledge of mortgage credit solutions and financing products
