About the Role

We are seeking a skilled CNC Machinist to join our team at Gursukh Machining Ltd. As a CNC Machinist, you will be responsible for operating computer-controlled machine tools to produce precision parts and components.

Key Responsibilities
  • Compute dimensions and tolerances of machine parts using precision measuring instruments
  • Read and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, charts, and tables to ensure accurate production
  • Repair and maintain machine tools and parts to ensure optimal performance
  • Set up and adjust production machinery and tools to meet quality and productivity standards
  • Fabricate and assemble components and machine parts to close tolerance
  • Maintain and calibrate precision measuring instruments to ensure accuracy
  • Document and report any deviations from specifications and tolerances
  • Verify dimensions of parts machined using precision measuring instruments
  • Operate conventional and computer-controlled machine tools to produce precision parts and components
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines
  • Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift up to 45 kg (100 lbs)
  • Attention to detail and ability to work accurately
  • Efficient interpersonal skills and ability to work as part of a team
  • Flexibility and ability to adapt to changing priorities
