Nurse Care Coordinator

We are seeking a motivated and dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse to join our team at Prince Rupert Regional Hospital. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for providing compassionate patient care and supervision to care staff.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver nursing procedures and distribute medications according to established policies and procedures.
- Provide personal care assistance to residents within the full scope of practice of an LPN.
- Supervise care staff under the direction of the Patient Care Co-ordinator.
- In the absence of an RN, continue nursing procedures and provide care as needed.
