Human Resources Director

Montreal, Quebec, Canada McMillan Full time

As a key member of the McMillan team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day administration of facilities and office services in our organization. You will provide leadership and coaching to the team, liaise with property management companies, and drive health and safety initiatives. This role also includes planning office events, supporting human resources functions, and ensuring compliance with local regulations. You will manage a team of administrative assistants, conduct orientations and interviews, and support various employee programs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the administration of facilities and office services
  • Provide leadership and coaching to the team
  • Liaise with property management companies

Requirements:

  • 5+ years experience in human resources or a related field
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in a related field
  • Supervisory/management experience
  • Strong leadership and relationship management skills
  • Organizational and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
