About the Role
We are seeking a skilled Mortgage Specialist to join our team at TD. As a Mortgage Specialist, you will be responsible for originating and processing mortgage applications, working closely with customers to understand their financial needs and providing expert advice on mortgage products.
Key Responsibilities
- Originate and process mortgage applications, ensuring timely and accurate completion of all necessary documentation
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their financial goals and providing personalized mortgage solutions
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and regulatory requirements, ensuring compliance with all relevant laws and regulations
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including underwriters and processors, to ensure seamless mortgage application processing
