Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Food Service Professional to join our team at Sumo Sumo Sushi Bar & Grill. As a Food Service Professional, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, preparing and serving food and beverages, and maintaining a clean and welcoming environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Address customer complaints or concerns, provide menu recommendations, and ensure a positive dining experience.
  • Food and Beverage Service: Prepare and serve food and beverages, present bills to customers, and accept payment.
  • Table Maintenance: Clear and clean tables, trays, and chairs, and maintain a clean and organized workspace.
  • Teamwork: Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure seamless service and maintain a positive team environment.
Requirements
  • Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma required.
  • Experience: Will train.
  • Work Environment: Fast-paced restaurant environment, physically demanding.
