Job Title: Food and Beverage Server

We are seeking a skilled Food and Beverage Server to join our team at Headquarters Restaurant & Bar. As a key member of our service staff, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a memorable dining experience for our guests.

Responsibilities:
  • Take orders and relay to kitchen and bar staff
  • Prepare and serve specialty food at customers' tables
  • Present bills to customers and accept payment in cash, credit or debit cards, travellers cheques or room billings
  • Describe menu items including daily specials for customers
  • Advise on menu selections
  • Clear and clean tables, trays and chairs
  • Greet patrons, present menus, make recommendations and answer questions regarding food and beverages
  • Serve food and beverages
Requirements:
  • Must be of legal age to mix and serve alcoholic beverages
  • Address customers' complaints or concerns
  • Excellent oral communication

Work Environment:

Our restaurant is a fast-paced environment with a physically demanding job. You will be required to stand for extended periods and work under pressure.
