Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Food Service Professional to join our team at Sumo Sumo Sushi Bar & Grill. As a key member of our front-of-house staff, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, ensuring a seamless dining experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Greet and serve customers in a friendly and efficient manner, addressing any concerns or complaints in a professional and courteous way.
  • Food and Beverage Service: Prepare and serve food and beverages to customers, ensuring accuracy and quality in every interaction.
  • Menu Knowledge: Familiarize yourself with our menu offerings, including daily specials, and be able to make recommendations to customers.
  • Teamwork: Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure seamless service and efficient communication.
  • Adaptability: Be flexible and adaptable in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple tables and tasks with ease.
Requirements
  • Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma required.
  • Experience: Will train.
  • Work Environment: Restaurant setting, fast-paced environment, physically demanding.
  • Personal Suitability: Client focus, flexibility, organized, reliability, team player.
