Bakery Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Bakery Manager to join our team at Balkana European Bakery. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our bakery, ensuring that our products meet the highest standards of quality and presentation.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage and supervise a team of bakers and pastry chefs to ensure efficient production and high-quality products.
- Develop and implement new recipes and menu items to stay ahead of the competition.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to health and safety regulations.
- Monitor inventory levels and place orders for supplies and ingredients.
- Train and develop staff to improve skills and knowledge.
- Ensure that all products are presented in an attractive and appealing manner.
- 2 years of experience in a bakery or pastry kitchen.
- Proven track record of managing a team and achieving high-quality results.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
