Bakery Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Bakery Manager to join our team at Balkana European Bakery. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our bakery, ensuring the highest quality products are produced, and maintaining a clean and safe working environment.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage and supervise a team of bakers and pastry chefs to ensure efficient production and high-quality products.
- Develop and implement recipes, menus, and production schedules to meet customer demands and business goals.
- Monitor inventory levels, manage supplies, and maintain a clean and organized workspace.
- Train and develop staff to improve skills and knowledge, and to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement sales strategies and promotions.
- Ensure that all products meet our high standards of quality, taste, and presentation.
- Manage and maintain relationships with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery of high-quality ingredients and equipment.
- 2+ years of experience in a bakery or pastry kitchen, with a proven track record of success.
- Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with staff, customers, and suppliers.
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices, and the ability to maintain a clean and safe working environment.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
