Bakery Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Bakery Manager to join our team at Balkana European Bakery. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our bakery, ensuring the highest quality products are produced, and maintaining a clean and safe working environment.
Responsibilities:- Manage and supervise a team of bakers and pastry chefs to ensure efficient production and high-quality products.
- Develop and implement recipes, menus, and production schedules to meet customer demands and maintain profitability.
- Monitor and control inventory, ordering supplies and equipment as needed.
- Train and develop staff to improve skills and knowledge.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
- Collaborate with the sales team to promote products and increase sales.
- 2+ years of experience in a bakery or pastry kitchen.
- Proven track record of managing a team and achieving production goals.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
