Job Summary

We're seeking a skilled and customer-focused individual to join our delivery team as a Delivery Specialist. As a key member of our team, you'll play a vital role in ensuring our customers receive exceptional service and their orders are delivered efficiently.

Key Responsibilities
  • Greet and communicate with customers in a friendly and professional manner
  • Prepare orders for delivery, ensuring accurate selection and packaging of merchandise
  • Load and unload trucks, maintaining a safe and organized work environment
  • Assist with the delivery of orders, providing excellent customer service and resolving any issues that may arise
  • Stay up-to-date on new product developments and their applications, contributing to the team's knowledge and expertise
  • Maintain and participate in departmental maintenance, ensuring a clean and safe working environment
  • Work in accordance with company health and safety, as well as loss prevention policies and procedures
Requirements
  • Valid class 5 driver's license
  • Experience with forklift operation or similar equipment
  • Excellent customer service skills, with a focus on providing a positive experience for our customers
  • Ability to work on your feet for extended periods and occasionally work outdoors
