Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Ice Cream Counter Attendant to join our team at Marble Slab Creamery. As an Ice Cream Counter Attendant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, operating the cash register, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment.

Responsibilities
  • Provide excellent customer service by greeting customers, answering questions, and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Operate the cash register accurately and efficiently, handling customer transactions and processing payments.
  • Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including the counter, floor, and surrounding areas.
  • Restock supplies and merchandise as needed, and maintain a well-stocked store.
  • Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve sales goals and provide a positive customer experience.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Previous customer service experience preferred.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods of time.
