We are seeking a friendly and efficient Ice Cream Counter Attendant to join our team at Alberta Inc.
Job SummaryThe Ice Cream Counter Attendant will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, operating a cash register, and maintaining a clean and organized work environment.
Key Responsibilities- Customer Service: Greet customers, take orders, and serve ice cream and other frozen treats in a friendly and efficient manner.
- Cash Handling: Operate a cash register, handle customer payments, and maintain accurate cash handling procedures.
- Housekeeping: Maintain a clean and organized work environment, including the ice cream counter, storage areas, and surrounding areas.
- Inventory Management: Receive, store, and manage inventory of ice cream and other frozen treats.
- Teamwork: Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve sales goals and provide excellent customer service.
- Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma required.
- Experience: Will train.
- Language: English.
- Work Hours: 30-40 hours per week.
The Ice Cream Counter Attendant will work in a fast-paced environment with frequent customer interactions. The ability to work under pressure and maintain a positive attitude is essential.
Physical Demands- Standing: Stand for extended periods.
- Handling: Handle heavy loads up to 9 kg (20 lbs).
