Job Title: Food Counter Attendant

My Favorite Ice Cream Shop is seeking a skilled Food Counter Attendant to join our team. As a key member of our front-of-house staff, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a smooth dining experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Operate dishwashers to maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene
  • Prepare and serve food and beverages to customers, including portioning and wrapping items
  • Manage inventory and restock supplies as needed
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including the counter, storage areas, and dining area
  • Provide excellent customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving any issues in a professional and courteous manner
Requirements:
  • No degree, certificate, or diploma required
  • Will train on the job
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain a high level of productivity
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work as part of a team and maintain a positive attitude
Work Environment:

As a Food Counter Attendant at My Favorite Ice Cream Shop, you will work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. You will be required to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks, but you will also have the opportunity to work with a talented team and provide excellent customer service to our guests.
