Job Title: Executive Chef Assistant

MOMO2GO - BRAMPTON is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Chef Assistant to join our team. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for assisting the Executive Chef in the preparation and presentation of food, as well as supervising kitchen staff.

Responsibilities:
  • Maintain accurate records of food costs, consumption, sales, and inventory.
  • Supervise and train kitchen staff, including specialist chefs, chefs, cooks, and other kitchen workers.
  • Assist in the preparation and cooking of food, including meals and specialty dishes.
  • Requisition food and kitchen supplies as needed.
  • Plan and direct food preparation and cooking activities to ensure efficient and high-quality service.
  • Train staff in preparation, cooking, and handling of food.
Requirements:
  • 1-2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
  • Attention to detail and ability to multitask.
