About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Chef Assistant to join our team at MOMO2GO - BRAMPTON. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for assisting the Executive Chef in the planning, preparation, and presentation of food.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist the Executive Chef in menu planning, food preparation, and presentation.
  • Supervise and train kitchen staff to ensure high-quality food production.
  • Maintain accurate records of food costs, inventory, and sales.
  • Ensure a clean and safe working environment in the kitchen.
  • Collaborate with the Executive Chef to develop and implement new menu ideas.
  • Assist with inventory management and ordering of supplies.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and ensure a positive dining experience.
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Excellent culinary skills and knowledge of food safety and sanitation.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
  • Physical ability to stand for long periods and lift heavy objects.
