Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and analyze financial data to inform business decisions.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as construction management, finance, or business administration.
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in cost management, commercial management, or a related field.
  • Proven track record of delivering high-quality cost management services.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Master's degree in a related field.
  • Professional certifications, such as PQS or RICS.
  • Experience working in a cloud-based environment.
