About the Role

The Property Manager plays a crucial role in the success of our residential properties, providing leadership and expertise to maximize profitability and maintain corporate standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement effective market research strategies to stay ahead of the competition.
  • Recommend rental rates and lease renewal terms to ensure optimal revenue.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, addressing resident inquiries and issues promptly.
  • Lead the hiring process, interviewing candidates and making recommendations to the District Manager.
  • Train and develop staff, establishing work schedules and managing conflicts.
  • Oversee building maintenance systems and ensure timely rent collection.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in residential property management or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and sales skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with residents and colleagues.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop staff.
  • Basic computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Bilingual in French and English, with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
