Vancouver Coastal Health is seeking a skilled Physical Therapist to join our Long Term Care team at qathet General Hospital in Powell River, BC.
Key Responsibilities- Assess and develop care plans for clients in collaboration with healthcare teams.
- Deliver evidence-based physiotherapy services to clients in their homes or community settings.
- Work in partnership with clients, families, and healthcare providers to promote client-centered care.
- Stay up-to-date with current research and best practices in physiotherapy.
