About the Role
Vancouver Coastal Health is seeking a skilled Physical Therapist to join our team in the Long Term Care department at qathet General Hospital in Powell River, BC.
Key Responsibilities
- Assess and develop care plans for clients in collaboration with the healthcare team.
- Deliver direct care and provide education to clients and their families.
- Work in partnership with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care transitions.

Requirements
- Current registration with the College of Physical Therapists of BC (CPTBC).
- Recent experience in Home Health clinical practice in Community.
- Valid BC Driver's License required.
