About the RoleAs a Summer Research Analyst, you will be responsible for performing external research and benchmarking activities to identify patterns and new insights related to inclusion and access to opportunities. You will analyze internal and external data, including employee sentiment data, workforce data, and external public disclosures, to generate briefings, reports, and presentations that will inform the bank's activities and actions.
This role requires strong research and analytical skills, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills. You must be able to prioritize tasks under pressure, meet deadlines, and think critically about human problems. Experience with data analysis and ESG reporting is an asset.
Key Responsibilities- Perform external research and benchmarking activities to identify patterns and new insights related to inclusion and access to opportunities.
- Analyze internal and external data to generate briefings, reports, and presentations.
- Support project coordination activities, including task management and cross-functional collaboration.
- Provide assistance with data maintenance activities.
To be eligible for this position, you must be returning to school after the work term end-date or require the full work term as a mandatory component in order to graduate successfully.
