About the Role

GKS Employment Services Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Human Resources Officer to join our team. As a key member of our HR department, you will be responsible for identifying current and prospective staffing requirements and advising job applicants on employment requirements and terms and conditions of employment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Staffing and Recruitment: Identify current and prospective staffing requirements, develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract top talent, and coordinate the interview process.
  • Employee Onboarding: Ensure a smooth onboarding process for new employees, including completing necessary paperwork, providing orientation, and facilitating training.
  • Employee Relations: Foster positive employee relations by providing guidance on company policies, procedures, and benefits.
  • HR Administration: Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, process payroll and benefits, and perform other administrative tasks as required.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years
